Triple Check

BE CONFIDENT IN YOUR RELEASE OF INFORMATION PROCESS!

Triple Check Advantage

Using our exclusive Triple Check process, we ensure each piece of information being released is verified by 2 HIPAA trained specialists during 3 different steps of the process. The Triple Check Advantages protects patients privacy and eliminates liability on behalf of our clients.

Triple Check Step 1

REQUEST IS CHECKED FOR 11 KEY HIPAA COMPLIANT FACTORS

Upon receiving your request for information, our team thoroughly reviews and compares important patient information, including names and dates of birth.  This allows Acton to ensure that we are gathering and releasing sensitive medical information requires strict attention to detail, and each of our ROI specialists is trained to provide the highest level service.

Triple Check Step 2

PATIENT INFORMATION IS CHECKED FOR ACCURACY

Once the initial verification takes place, your ROI specialist will then thoroughly re-check the patient information at the time of copying, printing or scanning.  For electronic records, our team will re-verify all information through our exclusive eAccutrac system, allowing you to track any releases that have taken place or that are being processed.  This step is carried out by multiple Acton Corporation specialists and provides extra assurance that the right information is being released to the right parties.

Triple Check Step 3

INFORMATION IS CHECKED BY ANOTHER SPECIALIST FOR A THIRD TIME

Finally, Acton's team of ROI specialists will verify all patient information prior to releasing any records to approved parties.  We re-verify that the information requested is the information that we're releasing, and we also ensure that the release is being handled according to all local, state, federal and HIPAA laws. Our team also re-verifies that the entity requesting patient information is allowed to receive it and only authorized information is being released, providing peace of mind for patients and ease-of-use for healthcare providers
